Behind Bloomories

Hello, my name is Grace and I'm the one behind Bloomories. I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the Netherlands, Maastricht.

I’ve always loved flowers, but never how quickly they wilt. It wasn’t until recently, November 2025, when I realized there are multiple ways to preserve them!! Fast forward to today, I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole of learning how to traditionally press flowers. Discovering this process has given me something slow, creative, and grounding. In short, it makes me happy.

I take pride in not using any preservarties or color corrections in my pieces. This allows the color to age naturally over time, which is one of the process and beauty of flower preservation. What makes it even more special is how different every flower is; some may fade faster than others while others hold their colors longer.

So welcome to Bloomories! I cherish every moment spent creating every pieces you can find in this webshop, and I hope you can find a piece to call yours. I also welcome commissions. You can browse custom made options in the webshop or feel free to contact me directly to share your ideas.

XX,

Grace
